FortiAuthenticator Unable to change Portal Approval message

I am trying to edit the below template on the FAC Portal, I want to delete the fields we are not using, but there doesn't seem to be a template for it, any other way please?

Hi @Jasys

You can delete these fields when going to Portals-Replacement Message, edit the selected portal and go in section User Registration , select User Registration Page ,edit the html format with fields that you want to delete and save it.

That deletes then from the form, not the returned response.
