FortiAuthenticator Agent for Microsoft OWA questions:

1. How to remove the red Secure by Fortinet label ?

2. We have several domains in the forest, is it possible to choose the default domain somehow

3. In some cases, we use email to change domain passwords, but after installing the 2FA agent, this will not be possible. If it is possible to change the domain password through fortiauthenticator

Exchange 2019, Fortiauthenticator 6.4.2, agent 2.4

No, I didn't find this information in the manual.The manual itself is rather meager and specifies only the installation process.

On the first point, we found a solution:

- go to C:\Program Files\Fortinet\FortiAuthenticator IIS Agent\Web\theme\v1.0\LoginForm.css

- adding the line #ftnt_props { display: none;}

How can the other 2 points be solved ?

Hi,

Updating the thread as this can help others, as I did stumble on the same.

The labels can be modified by changing the .css theme, follow the article https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiAuthenticator/Technical-Tip-How-to-remove-the-tag-Secured-by-fortinet-from-the/ta-p/278304#:~:text=FortiAuthenticator%2C%20Owa%20Agent.,css.

Multiple domains can be added on the agent per document but note that realms added to FAC must be exactly as configured on the FortiAuthenticator.

https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortiauthenticator/6.6.0/fortiauthenticator-agent-for-microsoft-owa-2-4-install-guide/503381/agent-installation-procedure

https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiAuthenticator/Technical-Tip-Realm-based-authentication-with-local-and-remote/ta-p/267511.

When password change feature needs to be used, it is necessary to have authentication done by MSCHAPv2 and FortiAuthenticator needs to be domain joined.

Thanks
