Hello

Today I have FortiAuthenticator when we connect to the Wifi it asks for username and password both on the cell phone, when the user leaves the room and goes to connect again to the Wifi it comes again asking for username and password, would there be any way to put or period or time to wait for this?

Hi,

What is the FAC version you are using.

Is there any firewall in between. Also what is the auth method you are using.

Can you show your topology and the flow of the wifi connectivity

Hello,

Today the version I use v7.2.8 , today my Wifi is connecting in the same IP range as my local network , today to authenticate I use User Grups with Fortinet Single Sign-On (FSSO) and LDAP Firewall
