FortiAptFilter.sys Bluescreen on Windows 10 machines

Hi All

 

I Use forticlient endpoint management server.

I have a few windows 10 machines with BSOD regarding FortiAptFilter.sys.

I have forticlient updated for the lastest version 6.2.4.0931, but still get the same BSOD.

Does anyone have the same problem? How do you solve it?

    Hi,

    Did you find a solution for this? There are many posts about BSOD's but no solutions from Forti at all anywhere. Drives people crazy! The minidump points to the Forticlient when it BSOD's. Multiple calls for this a day on our Helpdesk. We have updated our HP and Lenovo Laptops with all system updates and the 1903 updates. Some people it works and some it does not. Also after being updated, some people are good with Forti 6.05 and some need 6.2 and its hit or miss whether they BSOD again. I myself have a Lenovo T490 with all lenovo\windows updates and running Forticlient 6.05 and haven't gotten a BSOD since I updated. So Go Figure!???
