FortiAP web page error: Access Error: 404 -- Not Found Can't locate document: /

Hi guys. I have a FortiAP that would not become online in the Fortigate. It would take IP from DHCP, would respond ping , but would refuse SSH, and when accessed by web it would show the message below. Any idea if it can be fixed?

 

Access Error: 404 -- Not Found

Can't locate document: /

Have you tried to factory reset it, what's the model and firmware version?

I think it is 223E, it is located in a remote office with difficult access, and I deleted it from Fortigate. So no firmware info either. You mean factory reset with the button?

If the AP can not be remotely accessed than a factory reset with the physical button may be the only way. Perhaps the SSH and HTTP services were not previously allowed for this AP:

# cfg -s

ALLOW_HTTPS:=2
ALLOW_SSH:=2

Hi guys. The problem was not the AP, the IP address was duplicated and the web page was a Hikvision device. Changed the IP and the AP is working fine. Thanks for the answers.
