FortiAP SSID Connectivity Issue

Hello Everyone,

There's a issue with FortiAP, When the Internet from ISP is stable or up, The devices in the network will connect to the SSID without any problem. But, when the ISP connection is down, The devices neither connects automatically to the SSID nor when clicked on the SSID on it manually.

How do I resolve this issue?
