FortiAP Roaming Configuration Setting

We have an office that will have 3 FortiAP 221-E’s and a FortiGate 50E running FortiOS 6.0.9. What configuration needs to be set to allow Microsoft Surface computers to switch to a close AP as the users move around the facility to provide seamless roaming?
