FortiAP-4xx FR and G series are not discovered by Fortigate 200E/300E

Hi

I have a weird behavior and can't find the reason.

I have FGT 300E and FAPs 432FR and even if AP got IP address and all wireless controller settings are ok, FortiGate not showing FAP in GUI. If I add it manually then after few sec is online

The same with 432G on 200E. ( FAP os 7.6.2)

On both devices FortiOS is 7.2.10.

I made sniffer and I see

So FAP is sending capwap packages

but on third Fortigate I have conencted 431F, 432FR and 234G without any issue.

Now I'm lost . Any idea about reason and how to troubleshoot ?

What is interesting FAP default profile is also created on FortiGate
