FortiAP 421-E

Hello FortiGurus,

Im Having problem with our Wifi recently.

FortiGate OS:v5.6.2 build1486 (GA)

FortiAP 421E

ISSUE: Some users getting 169 IP but on my DCHP monitor I can see 80/253 my DHCP is the Fortigate itself

When I try to monitor the user I can see the device trying to connect and getting an IP but the on the device it has 169 and no connection at all.

Do you have some technics on troubleshooting the DHCP of the FortiGate?
