Fortianalyzer with multi vdom fortigate

Quick question, I have a multi vdom fortigate where the analyzer is connected directly physically to the root vdom. When I view logs directly from analyzer gui I see data from all vdoms, when I view logs from the gate I cannot get data from anything other then root vdom.

Fortigate 100f, Fortianalyzer 200f, both 6.4.2
