FortiAnalyzer Continually Reinitiates the "FortiAnalyzer Setup" upon reboot

New FortiAnalyzer installation continually restarts the Setup Wizard (FortiAnalyzer Setup) after every reboot.

The license number above doesn't match any license number that I have received from Fortinet. When I try to add a Contract Registration Code for the FortiAnalyzer provided to me in Asset Management, it indicates "Contract cannot be applied to this product.", although it is  valid FortiAnalyzer VM Security Automation license.
 
The FortiAnalyzer Setup continually asks for registering. I will say that the Configure Backup step, I am turning off Automatic System Backup.

Is the FortiAnalyzer in an air-gapped environment? It might be the case that you need to manually upload the entitlements filer or there is a licensing issue.

 

When using FortiAnalyzer in an air-gapped environment, you must manually import your Entitlement File. See Licensing in an air-gap environment.

You might want to open a case with Customer support and have them assist you in this case.

Thanks, no it isn't. When online, its collecting and in comm with FortiGuard services. Since then I also updated the license to a standard license as opposed to the Trial License. Same issue. Thanks for the link....but I've seen the set up wizard a billion times. Yea, I'll contact customer support.
