FortiAnalyzer API

Is there any way to get data via SQL queries instead of the log search function in the API?  Aggregated data available via the API would be more useful then the raw data, especially when integrating with other tools.  Either that or direct access to the PostGres SQL database for running remote queries.  Anyone have any additional information?
