Apparently, after a brief call with support, we realized that the problem is at the origin of the superuser profile. The user profile with superuser has issues accessing the configuration, alternatively we created a new profile and a new user and the UI became available.

Clear your browser cache and cookies to ensure that the updated GUI files are loaded correctly.  Restart the FortiAnalyzer services to ensure all components are running properly after the firmware update.

I've already tested it on several machines with different browsers and I'm still unsuccessful.

I've already reloaded the server and I'm still unsuccessful.

The upgrade was successful. After the upgrade to version 7.4.3 is completed, the dashboard (GUI) does not load.

Hi @pestevens ,

Can you try to use https://10.100.75.16/p/login/ ?

I had already tested it but was unsuccessful.
Login is done successfully via browser or even via CLI (ssh),the gui environment does not appear.

@pestevens

If the issue started after an upgrade, do check if the RAM (16GB atleast) and vCPU requirements have changed from an older version -

If you are able to access the FAZ via console/ssh, you can try to run the following command to perform a disk health check and verify if the GUI is accessible upon reboot.

# diagnose system fsck harddisk

I am experiencing the same thing when logging in with TACACS in combination with ext-auth-accprofile-override enabled on the TACACS admin account. I can login successfully, even confirmed when debugging, but after login the page is just blank.

If I disable ext-auth-accprofile-override or using the local admin account it works just fine.

Maybe this is what you are experiencing as well?
