Fortiagte 3100D network wait after v5.4.5 to v5.4.6

Hello,

We are using Fortigate 3100D UTM-Firewall. Yesterday night ( 07.12.2017 21:00-22:00) we upgrated version from 5.4.5 to 5.4.6

This morning our applications monitoring tools show us NETWORK WAIT ...

in Oracle Enterprise Manager, we shown that com.ctc.wstx.io.MergedReader->read Method Name JVM time is 11 sec.

I am looking up FortiOS - Release Notes VERSION 5.4.6
