FortiADC Hard Reset (Hard/Console)

Hi Experts,

I have a FortiADC 400E but apparently we cannot remember the username and password? Could you help us how to reset the FortiADC? I also notice it has a reset button on the front panel but I cannot find on the internet how to properly use the reset button. Thank you in advance.
