FortiADC GLB troubleshooting help

I'm new to the FortiADC and I'm building a GLB between two ADC's. I have everything configured but each time I do an nslookup of the host to the ADC it continues to flip between virtual server addresses. The same happens when I use either ADC. Can someone point me in the right direction of how to start troubleshooting this? Thanks.
