FortiADC 1500D not able make config via Web or Console

For some reason the not able to make config changes on Fortinet ADC 1500D. When i try to save the change it says communicating with server and fails

    who says "communicating with server", your browser or something in the FortiADC GUI? which version of firmware are you using? is the FortiADC perhaps on high CPU or high memory?
