Forti Wifi 20 C does not connect to the Internet

I am new in Fortinet, I just purchased a cheap forti wifi 20 c just to practice my basics of fortigate unit, I went thru the setup process to create internal LAN and Wifi, I set up a WAN to internal Policy to allow internet connection. It worked!

I decided to do a factor reset and go through the setup again, this time I cant connect to the internet on any devices on my network even though the device receives a IP address from ISP . I checked the WAN to LAN policy and  No packets are being logged. The Routing shows all the routes.. Please help.
