Forti EDR client bug shared print??

hello,

for a few weeks we have been installing Fortinet edr on all hosts.

It is happening to us that on some machines the shared and network printers are no longer seen, by querying their hostname is found, if instead the IP is entered the printer is not found.

Is it possible that this anomaly is due to the edr client installed?

We tried to uninstall it from some machines but the error on some remains in others instead it resolves itself. All hosts have the same version of windows installed.

Good morning,

At the moment we have not found any solution to solve the problem.

There are some fixes but you have to apply them to the single machine and in administrator mode.

This is not acceptable when dealing with more than 2000 PCs. Management opted for another EDR.
