Hello Stephen , This is kind of bug in Forticloud EMS 7.4.3 version

What I did is generated/created new invitation code without verification (for bulk) and using it , forticlient was successfully connected to EMS.

Hello Everyone,

If you using invitation code with verification, not prompting you to add the credential then I believe c redistribution is missing in your system, You can re-install that or use another forticlient i.e fct 7.2.10 as  a part of test.

Moving forward, you can see all kind of telemtry error in fortiesnac logs.

Thanks,

RS

Hello, I can confirm that installing C++ redist x64 from Microsoft solved it for our observed incident.

I did however need to browse for a long time on the forums + Google search to find this solution. Where is C++ redist listed as prerequisites for FortiClient, and where is this bug tracked?

The way I see it, this is in practice an undocumented prerequisite that previously was not necessary, but now suddenly is, without any warning or notice. This is not good.
