Forti Client VPN blocks acces to remote control

Hi, so I have an issue, I use the Forti client VPN on my work laptop but when I try to remote connect in local to that laptop won’t work, I use the IPSec protocol and as long as I turn off the VPN i I can connect to that laptop again, also I had been useing Windows 10 VPN and I have no issues with remote connect in local to that laptop.
