Forti AP Bandwith issue

Hi Team,

 

Need Help 

I am facing bandwith issue while accessing the internet and local resources via Forti AP (FP320B-v5.2-build0265) wifi on all SSID.

while accessing internet via Lan getting good speed please help me with resolution.

Hi Altamash.

 

We need more information on your issue - is the 320B managed by a fgt router or via FortiCoud?  If there is a fortigate router involved, what model is it and firmware version is it running?  How may SSIDs are set up/managed by the 320B?  Is the 320B connected directly to a port on the fgt? Is the SSID (wireless interface) a separate subnet or "merged" with the LAN?
