forti-analyzer for different FW version

my company will be implementing 2nd tier fortigate FW.

the vendor will use the newer 5.4 firmware on the new firewall while my existing FG300D is still at 5.2.XX.

they will help upgrade the Forti-analyzer to version 5.4.

can my existing FG300D still be able to run on the new analyzer firmware ???
