FortClient EMS and Weekly Scans

Anybody else have EMS and have a Weekly Scan scheduled for FortiClient. I have one set for every Monday at 07:00 and it hasn't ran in two weeks. It seems like FortiClient won't perform the scan unless its up and running before 07:00 on Monday? I would think it would at least run on Monday if it was after 07:00, so say I come in at 08:30 and the scan is scheduled for 07:00, it would just kick off once the machine is online.
