ForitSASE SWG Configuration Greyed out

Hi, I just want to know how to fix the greyed out SWG Configuration Tab on FortiSASE.

Hello,

 

I am suspecting the issue could be with the licensing. Can you please let me know the license you have taken for the FortiSASE? SWG feature requires FortiSASE per-user licensing. I would suggest you to get in touch with your Fortinet sales team as well.
