ForitAnalyzer -Security Analysis Report -Application Crashed Event

Hi all , In ForitAnalyzer Security Analysis Report for a Remote FIrewall i am getting  Application Crashed =5(shown in pic)  , does this mean my firewall have crashed 5 times in a day ?   Kindly help me get details of that Firewall crash.
