Forinet SSLVPN Split-Tunneling and OSX

I recently enabled split tunneling on my sslvpn. It is working fine on all windows clients but when testing on an OSX El Captian client I found that it only allows traffic to the internal network. It is not routing any external traffic. It routes everything perfectly when I have full-access on but when I move to split-tunnel it stops routing all other traffic on the mac clients only. 

Anyone else experience this, does Split-Tunneling work on Mac OSX El Captian?
