Force specific traffic to go though VPN

Hello,

I have IP sec VPN configured few years ago, and it's working without problems.

It's split tunnel and I have to force specific azure traffic though VPN.

I have added predefined azure static route and assign it to VPN interface, but our traffic still not going though VPN. I suppose that I'm missing something, but not sure what. I have to be careful, cause this forti is in the other country.
