Dear All, I have a FortiMail VM works in a server mode.


We send emails with a footer and after several exchanges with the client while maintaining the message history, the images from the footer are attached as attachments and not as a footer
Could this be a FortiMail problem or rather a client problem?
We use MS Office Outlook 2019 client

You can do a simple test and open mailbox via owa and see if html format email has footer as attachment or in mail body.
