Filter traffic from android/chrome to captive portal by HTTP2

Hi all, I found out a problem. When our clients are connecting to external captive portal by HTTP2 part of resources is blocked. This is happening only on Android device. Also We were trying to investigate the issue we discovered the same behavior for Chrome browser. A gadget is trying to fetch resources and part of its requests are being blocked somehow. In total it get ERR_HTTP2_PING_FAILED error in Chrome console of devtools.
