Filter SNMP Query

Hi all,

 

Are there anyway that I can filter the SNMP query in Fortigate?

 

I have a box that is multiple tenancy and the vdom mgmt is the root, but the customer wants to monitor his Vdom interface, that is not the mgmt vdom. As I saw in the docs, I can only enable SNMP Query to a MGMT Vdom interfaces. But I want to allow him to query my root interface, but allow him just to see his interface.

    I have asked for just that NFR 2 years ago for SNMP.views. This would have allowed for you todo what your requesting  exclude/includes

     

    YMMV but throw a NFR at  your fortinet SSE team and see what they say. I'm sure it will be added just like me asking for a NFR for snmp-traps for FGT with dual power supplies took like 6+ years to make it into a FortiOS version ;)
