FGT60D-POE no POE??

Hello all

 

i have an FGT 60D Poe since 2 years (5.2.x) all was working fine with 2 APs till this weekend. Sundly i didn´t have POE on any POE-interface. After this i have updated to 5.4 and also downgraded to 5.2.6 without any success.

 

I have also run the HQIP Image - ALL Tests PASS.

 

Have anyone an idee how to proceed?

    I'd rather think this is a hardware problem - PSU failure. Not easy to test as the RJ45 plug is so tiny.

    I also would think there are fuses at each port which could have blown.

     

    What does Support think of it?

    ok thanks, i havent asked the support yet. Are there any helpfull diag commands for POE? the only one i found... :
