FGT cant able to manage from Forticloud

I am using FGT 60D with 5.6.3.

When  i login into forticloud and navigate to the option Management & config its prompt an error. Can any one help to resolve this issue. 

 

 

Device platform FortiGate-60D ( b1547) [-28] is not supported.

I am having the same issues. This is now happening on most devices that are running the new version 5.6.3

I am having the same issues.

"Device platform FortiGate-30E ( b76) [-28] is not supported." when browsing to Management logged into FortiCloud. Initial device registration connected just fine but, after some firmware updating and configuration, I am unable to manage from FortiCloud. Please help. Thank you.

I'm having the same issues.

We have FortiGate 60E, and it's registered to the cloud.

I can see the logs, network traffic info etc. but I can't manage the device because of getting error.

    We used 5.6.3 GA firmware version but for testing I've saved all config and down-grade to 5.4.8, build6501(GA) FW. 

    It still doesn't work so I've opened a ticket for the Support.

     

    Hope so they will answer soon.

    If anyone has more information about this issue please answer.
