FGT 100F CPU and memory

General question to the audience, thinking of replacing a fairly underused FGT 300D cluster with FGT 100F units, does anyone have CPU and memory details for the 100F (SOC4).

Folowing output would be ideal :)

(My 300D units sit at 40% memory and <5% CPU all the time, just need to sanity check how close the real config is to dismiss concerns).
