FG60D not detected on Fortiexplorer

Hi There,

 

need help please.

I trying to connect FG-60D with USB management port to computer, but can't detected by fortiexplorer.

fortiexplorer version is 2.6.1083

how to resolve this?

I want to access and configure the fortigate.

 

for info, I just change mode internal port from switch mode to Interface mode.

    I've had this happen to me a few times, the USB management didn't detect my FWF60D when it booted up. I resolved it by uninstalling and reinstall FortiExplorer (I think it was a driver issue that got screwed when I did a Windows update).
