FG60D, 2 WAN in transparent mode

Hi all

i have just taken over from a colleague who just left

SWITCH 1 ---> FG60D (WAN1) ---> Router 1(172.27.16.2)

SWITCH 1 ---> FG60D (WAN2) ---> Router 2(172.27.16.3)

Gateway (172.27.16.1)

Transparent Mode

1 month ago, somehow we are unable to connect to other sites

We can, if we disconnect either router

plug direct into the switch

i have tried to set priority but it didn't work

i noticed Internal to wan is on wan1, and wan to internal is through wan2.

any suggestion?
