FG200B Unable to resolve hostname

Hello!

Have you experienced a time when your Fortigate can ping 8.8.8.8 but not google.com or any domain name?

The DNS is already set to 8.8.8.8 and 4.2.2.2 but didn't work.

So we tried to change the DNS servers to FortiGuard servers but didn't work also.

What makes this a real problem is Fortigate can't seem to reach the FortiGuard servers as well.

Thus, it is not registered and web filtering, anti virus and application control services are not updated.

Would appreciate any inputs!
