FG140D-POE Fan speed issue

Hello everyone

I have installed not so long ago a FG140D-POE in a rather cool environment (temps range between 5C and 10C all year long)

Hoever i have the feeling the fans are always at max or close to, which produces quite some vibration and noise (especially compared to some other brands)

Is there a way to regulate the fan speed in this chassis?
