FG 60D Factory Reset also not Giving IP Address

Hi Folks,

I am facing issue with FG 60D (V6.0.12) , from Firewall client not able to receive IP address even though DHCP configured. Now we did firewall reset to factory settings and still client not able to receive any IP address. Help me out to resolve this issue.

Note : My both WAN1 and WAN2 ports are not working .

Factory default on a FGT usually is: internal (port) 1-n is one switch with 192.168.1.99/24 and DHCP Server on.

WAN1/2 are role wan with dhcp client enabled but no dhcp server enabled.

Also there is one policy 192.168.1.0/24 to the internet.

Also you could connect to the serial console port and look at the interface config at cli:

show system interface ? (Typing the "?" in the end will cause the cli to list all interfaces with ip config).

Thanks for reply!!

In my case WAN1 and WAN2 both ports are not working physically , I connected console using USB MGMT . Let me know in this case how i can configure further.
