Feature Request: Release and Safelist button in quarantine notification message

It would be really handy if there was a way to release a message from quarantine and add the sender to the safelist in one step.

I know that there's an option to do this globally for all released messages, but we've found this is a REALLY bad thing, because people frequently release messages to see what they look like, and then determine they're fake, but don't realize they need to then remove that sender from the safelist.

But without auto safelist turned on, users find themselves having to release the same newsletters day over day, because it would take quite a few more clicks to get the sender into the safelist.
