FAZ update erased custom reports/event handlers

Hello,

So I have updated our FAZ 1000D from 5.2.0 to 5.2.2 and I can not view my custom reports and Event Handlers anymore.  However, the reports are still scheduled and the event handlers still catch "events".  Has anyone had any similar issues to this and/or was anyone able to fix it?

I know I could probably restore the whole config but I don't want to do that at this time.
