FAZ Custom report

Hello,

Hopefully someone can provide some assistance. 

It doesn't seem like there is a default report / dataset for this. I want to be able to create a web usage report based on each user. For example, each user should have it's own table with top catagories for that specific user.

I also am using a FSSO agent so I would like to be able to pull the username instead of ip address (unless the username is not available).
