FAP221C bad response

Hi,

Bad response from fap221c when we make copies of files, 2 or more people to a server. The wifi network becomes slow, cuts communications. We check with ping servers or internet and there is loss. Fortigate 5.6.1 - FAP 5.4.3

    Please check the RSSI value of the clients connected, How many clients are serviced by the AP & what is the rate at which clients are connected to AP. Is there any interference in the operating channels, If the clients are connected to 2.4G or 5G?
