Hello guys,

I have a bad time trying to figure out a Fortinet FAP-U421EV issue.

I have 03 old FAP-U421EV that I want to reset to default factory configuration, but the problem is that I don't have the old credentials (it was configured by another person).

I tried to reset them using the pin at the back of the AP but it won't work. Actually, I logged in using the Console Port and noticed that it is stuck on a boot loop. The following message is being displayed " Hit any key to stop autoboot " and actually I did press any key but it's asking for a password and I tried all the default ones (admin, blank, password) but nothing seems to work :
