Dear Fortinet,

You previously had a false positive alert on our installer which you have corrected.

Now it seems like your safe web service is blocking the link to our installation file due to the previous false positive on the file.

The URL is http://dl.babsft.com/site/files/Babylon10/Babylon10_setup_ns.exe

Please correct the false positive warning ASAP.

If you require more information or if i posted in the wrong forum - please let me know and direct me so we will resolve it quickly.

Best regards,

Ran Eyal

    Dear Sir/Madam,

We have not heard back from you in regards to this false positive on your end.

Virus Total is still showing an alert.

Your Anti-virus is not flagging our file, but the link to the file is giving an alert.

Please see how you can assist us in clearing this false positive alert.

    Regards,

    Ran
