Failed to upgrade firmware on FortiGate 30E

here's the error "image upgrade failed. failed to download firmware from fortiguard"

upgrade from 6.2.0 to 6.2.3

    Does your fortigate have access to the internet ?

    Otherwise, it's better to download the image manually and then perform the upgrade (you need access to the support portal).

    Make sure you follow the right upgrade path.

    Hi

    I have the same issue with Fortigate 300E Release 6.2.0 that can't upgrade via web browser.

    Hello Marco,

    You should better try in downloading the upgrade image in your local Computer, and considering the upgrade path proposed by Fortinet.

    Hi Marcog,

     

    Is there any error messages? It is usually recommended to download firmware image from support.fortinet.com
    And use the upgrade path tool: https://docs.fortinet.com/upgrade-tool

    It may sounds silly and random,  but try clearing cache or try using another browser can resolve the issue.
