Failed to retrieve configuration from device

I' m new to the whole FMG thing but with my brand new FMG400B I get this message when I try to add my FGT800 cluster to it: " Failed to retrieve configuration from device." It seems to add it but under " Configuration" and " Installation" columns (Device>All FortiGate), it has " Modified" and " Unknown" whereas my FGT60B and other FGT' s are listed as " Unmodified" and " Synchronized" I' ve deleted it and readded it a couple of times and it still shows the same error. Does anybody have any ideas on that it is? I' m thinking it might be because my FMG is v4 and my FGT800 cluster is still v3 but I don' t know. There aren' t any knowledgebase articles concerning this either.

    as I suspected...when I upgraded the cluster to 4.0.3 and then added the device for the cluster in the FMG, it worked properly.

    I have the same problem, but with a FortiAnalyzer. I get the same message when I try to add my FortiAnalyzer (800 v4.0.3,build0050 ) to my FortiManager (400B v4.0.2-build0102). Does anybody have any ideas about this problem?
