Failed to install FortiClient on Error code=210 (Wrong credentials to log onto the remote

Hi ,

 

I installed EMS and tied up the license . I am getting this error    Error code=210 (Wrong credentials to log onto the remote ) I tried every possible credentials but it didnt go through .  Do you have any suggestion or any one faced same issue before ?

    Are you pushing the client from EMS? If so, you need to ensure the necessary services are available:

    Task Scheduler

    Windows Installer

    Remote Registry

     

    Also you need to ensure the following firewall rules are enabled:

    File and Printer Sharing (SMB-In)

    Remote Scheduled Tasks Management (RPC)

     

    I have seen it fail with error 210 when one of this is missing.

    Thanks for all info. 

     

    I created any any rule from EMS server to endclient to see if problem was firewall. 

     

    Yes I am pushing end client from EMS .  Let me try Task scheduler and remote registry steps .
