Export or copy UserDefinition

I want to export or copy the "User Definition" list to Excel or any other app.

How can I do it?

Two ways (at least):
1) grab the output of CLI command "show user local" and parse it properly with a perl/python script

2) Using REST API from FortiOS (ask your local SE for specific versions availabilty)
