Error unpacking image file Win7 Home Premium

Hello

I'm trying to install Forticlient on the home computer (Win 7 Home Premium).I can download the file "FortiClientOnlineInstaller.exe" and run the file.

But then I get the error: "Error unpacking image file".

Can somebody helping me and tell me what I should do?

(I've already delete Anti-virus Avast! and Malawarebytes)
